3. Alignment and Compatibility Scores
iVoteLocal may display alignment or compatibility scores comparing your issue preferences to available candidate information. These scores are informational tools only. They are not endorsements of any candidate or political position, and are based on available data that may be incomplete or unverified. iVoteLocal is not responsible for voting decisions made based on these scores.

4. User Content and Community Features
If you submit content such as survey responses, comments, or poll votes, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service.
Community content such as comments may be visible to other users. You are responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without notice.
5. Analytics and Cookies

6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@ivotelocal.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and remove your data from our active systems.
7. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and PostHog (product analytics). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.
8. Children and Minors
Our services are not intended for children under 13. By using iVoteLocal, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iVoteLocal LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on any candidate information or alignment scores.
