We are committed to data minimization. We do not collect sensitive political data such as party affiliation, ideological profiles, or precise location tracking beyond what is necessary to show you relevant local information.

3. Alignment and Compatibility Scores

iVoteLocal may generate informational alignment or compatibility scores that compare your survey responses to available candidate information. These scores are:

  • For informational purposes only
  • Not endorsements of any candidate or political position
  • Based on available data and self-reported questionnaire responses, which may be incomplete
  • Subject to the limitations of the underlying data

We encourage users to use these scores as one input among many when researching candidates, not as a definitive recommendation.
